This is the moment that Hammers fans realised their beloved West Ham United were promoted to the Premier League on Saturday.
Shot by Gurd Johal, one of our exclusive videos was taken inside a historic pub close to the club's grounds, The Boleyn in Upton Park, while the other shows football fans soaking up the glory on top of The Legends statue opposite.
