Transfer news: Robert Lewandowski is staying put

Borussia Dortmund star Robert Lewandowski has insisted he is happy at the German club.

The Polish international has been linked with Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester City Manchester United and Tottenham in recent weeks but has decided to stay in Germany.

The rumours about me and other teams are not of any interest to me,” he told Polish newspaper Przeglad Sportowy.

“I have two years on my deal at Borussia Dortmund and I am still a player at this club.

“We have a competitive match this coming weekend and that’s all that matters to me. I am totally focused on the new season and not what could happen in the future.”
