Arsenal transfer news: Lukasz Fabianski may leave the Emirates on loan

Arsenal goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski is keen to go on loan until the end of the season.
The 26-year-old is number two to Wojciech Szczesny at the Emirates and has only made five appearances this season.
“I want to play, and like we all do, I’ll fight as hard as I can to get as many chances as possible,” Fabianski said.
“It’s a big few months for me - come on, the Euros don’t come round in your home country very often in your career if at all, so it’s important that I’m playing and giving myself a chance to be involved.
“I’ve spoken with the Poland manager and assistants - they know my situation so we’ll see what happens.
“Playing regularly would really help me so the next few months are vital.”
The goalkeeper’s last appearance came in the 3-2 FA Cup win over Aston Villa and manager Arsene Wenger was complimentary about his performance.
“He did okay. He lacks a bit of match practice but overall for me he did well,” the Gunners boss said.
“On the second goal many people would criticise him but I think he parried it well on the side.
“He was unlucky because the ball came back to Bent who is a great finisher.”
