Tomas Rosicky believes Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain can make an impact coming off the bench for England
Arsenal star Tomas Rosicky believes that young Gunner Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain can make a difference for England at Euro 2012.
The 18-year-old could win his first cap for the Three Lions after being called into Roy Hodgson’s 23-man squad and his Czech Republic team-mate at club level believes he could make a telling contribution.
“I was surprised to see him in the England squad, but he definitely has the tools to succeed,” Rosicky told Eurosport. “When he comes on as a sub, he is a real impact player.
“He can change the game, and brings something very fresh. I’m really happy for him, and it will be a great experience for him going straight into the Euros. Potentially, he has a huge upside and can develop into a great player.”
