Arsenal transfer news: Nicklas Bendtner talks up a transfer to the Bundesliga

Arsenal striker Nicklas Bentder has admitted that he could move the the German league this summer.

The Dane, who is currently with the national squad ahead of euro 2012, was loaned out to Sunderland last season after Arsene Wenger re-enforced his striking options with Park Chu-Young.

Wenger has completed the signing of Lukas Podolski for next season, meaning Bendtner’s chances of becoming a first team regular at the Emirates are even slimmer.

The striker has indicated in the past that he would like to complete a permanent transfer away from the north Londoners and Borussia Dortmund have been linked with the striker.

“I’ll try something new and can easily see myself in the Bundesliga, but it also applies to several other leagues,” he said.

“I am open to most things, but will wait to decide where I will play when the Championship is over,” he continued.

“My whole focus is now on making it good for Denmark at the European Championships.”
