Ashley Cole paid tribute to Tony Adams
Chelsea star Ashley Cole has credited Arsenal legend Tony Adams as the biggest influence on his career.
The full back started his career with the Gunners before moving across London to the Blues and has also gone on to win 98 England caps and 21 appearances at a major finals.
“Tony Adams was the big influence,” he told the BBC.
“It was amazing to be around Tony Adams, Lee Dixon, Martin Keown, David Seamon, Ray Parlour and others.”
