Brentford manager Uwe Rosler was pleased to be in the hat for the second round of the FA Cup after beating Boreham Wood by two goals to nil.
Clayton Donaldson and Harry Forrester scored in the first half in a comfortable win.
“I was happy with the first half, especially our offensive play. I think we created a number of chances,” he said.
“We maybe had a chance to score even more goals than two.
“On the other hand, I have to be realistic and fair and I think they created chances as well.
“All credit to their team. In the first half, they caused us some problems but I’m delighted with the way we played in the second half.”
