New Crystal Palace manager Ian Holloway has lavished praise on Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester United, Tottenham, Newcastle United and Manchester City target Wilfried Zaha.

The brilliant winger was in devastating form for the Eagles as they thrashed Ipswich Town 5-0 in Holloway’s first game in charge at Selhurst Park on Tuesday night.

Yannick Bolasie and Andre Moritz scored either side of a rapid-fire Glenn Murray hat-trick as Palace went top of the Championship and extended their unbeaten run to 12 games.

19-year-old Zaha was a constant menace to the visitors, his breathtaking skill and intelligence showing yet again why a host of top Premier League clubs are reportedly chasing his signature.

The England under-21 international has been valued at a whopping £20million by his club, and Holloway - who took over from Dougie Freedman at Selhurst Park this week - can understand why.

“God knows how good this boy is ever going to be, I really don’t know,” said Holloway.

The former Blackpool boss went on to describe him as a “joy”, suggesting he is the most talented player he has ever worked with.

“I have never seen anything like the things he does, it’s just a joy,” he said.

“I want to give him another ball so I can see him with a ball all the time. It’s just great.”
