Transfer news: Peter Kurucz could move to the Eagles
Former West Ham goalkeeper Peter Kurucz has impressed Crystal Palace manager Dougie Freedman during his trial spell.
The Hungarian stopper saved a penalty against Dulwich Hamlet and it appears a decision will be taken as to whether the Eagles want a third goalkeeper to go with Lewis Price and Julian Speroni next season.
“We’re having a little look at him,” Freedman said. “We feel in pre-season it’s an ideal time.
“He showed that he has good quality and saved that penalty.
“We just need to assess whether we’re going to take a third goalkeeper or not.”
