Millwall chairman John Berylson is relishing the prospect of the Lions taking on Leeds United on live TV.
The pair have formed a fierce rivalry in recent years and Sunday’s game sees the Sky cameras come to The Den.
“There is always a bit of added excitement when we play Leeds United,” he said.
“They are a massive club with a great tradition, and our rivalry dates back to some epic encounters we had with them in League One as we both endeavoured to win promotion to the Championship.
“We were then promoted together in 2010 and that rivalry has continued as we now look to establish ourselves in the top half of this division.
“Even though geographically we are not close, games between us create something of a derby atmosphere which usually ensures a thrilling game on the pitch.
“We are looking forward to the game being televised live on Sky TV on Sunday because it gives us the chance to show a wider audience the quality of football Kenny has now got the team playing.
“It is also an opportunity for us to demonstrate the positive side of our club. We have received more than our share of unwarranted negative publicity in recent weeks, and now it is up to us all to use the platform of live TV coverage to show the wider football world that we are a vibrant passionate club with great fans who support their team in the right way.”
