Transfer news: The Blues want to sign Oscar
One of the agents of Chelsea and Tottenham target Oscar, Carlos Meinberg Neto, has confirmed that Chelsea have made a bid for Internacional star Oscar.
The 20-year-old has been tracked by Spurs in recent weeks but it is the Blues who have made a bid for the playmaker, who is in Brazil’s Olympic squad.
“Chelsea did offer 25 million euros, but there is still no agreement between the clubs, that will probably happen within the next days,” Neto told Terraa.
