The triumpant Chelsea team will parade the Champions League trophy on an open top bus through Fulham later - following last night’s incredible victory over Bayern Munich in Germany.

The parade will start at 4pm today (Sunday) at Stamford Bridge west entrance and then head east along Fulham Road.

Then the bus will turn right on Hortensia Road, before proceeding along King’s Road and on to New King’s Road.

When the victory bus reaches Eel Brook Common, there will be a short stop.

Parsons Green is where the parade will finish.

Thousands of fans are expected to line the pavements to celebrate the achievement at the Allianz Arena last night by the team.

Alcohol is forbidden along the whole route of the parade, a Chelsea FC spokesman said. This is because it lies within a Controlled Drinking Area.

Parking is banned in Hortensia Road, on police advice.
