Line Ups: Chelsea v Blackburn
Chelsea have given some young players a chance for their final league game against relegated Blackburn.
Sam Hutchinson and Ryan Bertrand start in defence while Romelu Lukaku will start up front.
Lucas Piazon is also on the bench for the Blues.
Chelsea: Turnbull, Hutchinson, Ivanovic, Terry, Bertrand, Essien, Meireles - Ramires, Malouda, Sturridge, Lukaku.
Substitutes: Hilario, Ferreira, Cole, Romeu, Piazon, Drogba, Torres.
Blackburn: Kean, Henley, Dann, Givet, Martin Olsson, Formica, Lowe, Pedersen, Marcus Olsson, Hoilett, Yakubu.
