Ramires was delighted with the Blues choice of manager
Chelsea star Ramires believes that the club made the right decision to appoint Roberto Di Matteo as the new manager.
The Italian was appointed on Wednesday and signed a two year deal with the club.
“Chelsea’s board made the right decision, it would have been a risk to do anything different,” Ramires said.
“A different manager would need time to know the players and might not adapt.
“Di Matteo managed to make Chelsea play the way he planned and won the world’s most important club competition.
“Thus, he deserves to be regarded as one of the most important managers nowadays.”
