Chelsea transfer news: Andre Villas-Boas says Neymar won’t be joining the Blues

Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas has revealed that Neymar has rejected the chance to move to the Blues and that the west Londoners are unlikely to make another bid for the Brazilian star.
The Santos striker has been linked with a move to a host of top clubs, with Chelsea, Barcelona and Real Madrid all linked.
Neyamr recently extended his contract until 2014 and believes the player has already chose his next destination.
“I think that the Neymar matter is closed and locked in a safe,” he said at the Laureus World Sports Awards ceremony.
“He has decided his future and no one knows where he will go. Unfortunately, he will not come to us.
“What I can say is that there is a lot of talent in Brazil and it is positive that these young playersare staying in their country. There has been a change in the way that the Brazilian player perceives the Brasileirao and that is important for the growth of the competition.
“Neymar, Lucas and Ganso reflect that change.”
The striker rejected a move to Chelsea in 2010 as he felt it would be too early to leave Brazil.
