The coach stayed true to his word that a replacement for injured Blues skipper John Terry would be his only change to side that beat Moldova 5-0 on Friday to kick off their campaign.

Terry was substituted late on in Chisnau having suffered an ankle injury and he withdrew from the squad on Sunday.

England team to play Ukraine at Wembley: Hart, Johnson, Baines, Lescott, Jagielka, Milner, Gerrard, Lampard, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Cleverley, Defoe.
