Chelsea transfer news: Gregory van der Wiel is open to a move to Stamford Bridge

Ajax full back Gregory van der Wiel has admitted he would be tempted to move to Chelsea.

The 24-year-old has also been linked with a move to Arsenal and Tottenham but the Blues look to be leading the chase for the right back.

“I haven’t heard anything from my manager so it’s just rumours I think. We’ll see,” he told Sky Sports News.

When asked if he would be tempted by Chelsea, Van der Wiel replied: “Yeah of course, it would be a beautiful club.

“I watch a lot of football, Chelsea didn’t have the best season but they won the Champions League and that was a great performance.”
