Valencia midfielder Ever Banega is open to a move to the Premier League this summer, according to his UK representative.

The Argentinean fell out with the coaching staff at the Mestalla after being the main man in the Valencia side for two years.

Banega spent the second half of last season on loan at hometown club Newell’s Old Boys and is now eyeing a permanent move in Europe.

Arsenal have been long term admirers of the creative midfield man but West Ham and Everton are also tracking the 25-year-old who could be available for under £10million.

Banega’s representative Jonathan Hope has admitted that interest is high in his client and that a move to England is a real possibility.

“We have had immense interest in the Argentinian international,” Hope told Sky Sports.

“I can confirm I am personally speaking to two top clubs who have expressed real intent in capturing the player.”

“He is a top quality player and he is still only 25 and I believe he would be a major success in the Premier League.”
