Bacary Sagna is set to feature for the 200th time for Arsenal and is looking to celebrate his landmark with a goal

Arsenal full back Bacary Sagna is looking to celebrate his 200th Arsenal appearance with a goal.

The Frenchman has made 199 appearances and is set to line up against QPR at Loftus Road tomorrow and he is looking for an appropriate way to celebrate it.

“Reaching 200 games for Arsenal would be a great achievement for me and a dream come true,” he told this month’s Official Arsenal Magazine. “But I must say, I have to score on my 200th game now! I have to!

“Seriously, I’m very proud and I hope that many more games will come with Arsenal. I feel I’m part of the scenery here. It’s a real honour to play here. I am so lucky to be part of the history of this club.”

If the 29-year-old does find the net then it would only be his fifth goal for the club.
