The Bees boss wants to keep the club’s play-off hopes alive

Brentford manger Uwe Rosler believes his side have the capability to beat Stevenage as long as they play to their capabilities.

The Bees are three points behind sixth placed Notts County with three games remaining and a win could see them climb into a play-off spot should results go their way.

“It’s a very important game,” he told London24. “We’re looking forward to it.

“They’re a team we can beat. They have changed their way of play after Gary Smith replaced Graham Westley as manager.

“We feel we are in a position to make it very difficult for them and with our away form we have a good chance to get the three points we need.

“It’s all about the three points!

“I’m not worried about Stevenage, I know they are good but I am only focusing on what we can do and what our tactic will be.”

The Bees have a home game against promotion chasing Sheffield Wednesday and then make a trip to Chesterfield on the final day of the season to face a side, who are likely to be relegated by then.
