Transfer news: Victor Moses has been linked with the Blues

Chelsea manager Roberto Di Matteo has laughed off Wigan chairman Dave Whelan’s repeated comments about Victor Moses.

The Latics supremo has claimed to have rejected several bids from the Blues while Liverpool, Sunderland and QPR have also been linked.

“He [Whelan] generally doesn’t do that, does he?” Di Matteo joked.
