Chelsea star David Luiz, 25, has signed a new five-year deal to stay at Stamford Bridge.

The defender has played a big part in the Blues’ recent success and this deal has been in the making for weeks

The Brazilian said: “ I am delighted to sign a new contract with Chelsea.

”It is a great club and I look forward do winning more trophies here.

”I want to play for. Long time at the top level - which is what playing for Chelsea means.

”I love everything about he club. And especially the fans who have given me great support.”
