Chelsea playmaker Juan Mata believes that Pep Guardiola will be a great coach for any team.

The former Barcelona boss is taking a sabbatical in New York and is reportedly wanted by the Blues as a long-term successor to interim manager Rafael Benitez.

“Guardiola is a great coach who knows all the players” Mata told the GQ magazine. “I think that he would be a great coach for any team.”
