Chelsea transfer news: Gonzalo Higuain concentrating on Real Madrid

Real Madrid striker Gonzalo Higuain has refused to discuss his long term future.

The Argentinean has scored 17 goals in La Liga this season, but is not guaranteed a start, with Karim Benzema often preferred by Jose Mourinho to lead the line.

The 24-year-old has been linked with Chelsea, with his agent admitting the player could be tempted with a move to Stamford Bridge. Higuain however was in no mood to talk about moving clubs.

"I am not going to talk about my future," he said.

"I will devote my attention to Real Madrid for the remaining months of the season and try to do my job to help the team."

Higuain has been at Bernabeu since 2007 and has netted 85 league goals in 150 matches.
