Chelsea transfer news: Andre Schurrle says he could be interested in joining the Blues

Bayer Leverkusen striker Andre Schurrle has denied that he spoke to Chelsea about a move to west London, but hinted he would be keen for a move to the Blues.

The 21-year-old already has 12 German caps to his name and is set to be named in their Euro 2012.

Fellow countryman Marko Marin has already completed a transfer to Chelsea and there have been rumours that Schurrle could join him.

“I and my agent have not had any contact [with Chelsea] so we will just have to wait,” Schurrle told Sky.

“We will see how interesting it is when it becomes concrete.”
