Fulham’s Philippe Senderos is confident going into the final game at White Hart Lane

Fulham defender Philippe Senderos believes his side can finish the season on a high with a result at Tottenham.

The Whites have the strongest record in London derbies, picking up 12 points to Spurs’ 11 and have won two of their last three away matches, against relegation threatened Bolton and a much changed Liverpool side.

“We all believe we can get a good result in the last game against Spurs and finish on a high,” Senderos told the club’s official website.

“This season is definitely something we are really happy about but we know if our away form had been better, we could have got even more points in the league.

“That [away form] has improved a lot in the way we have played over the course of the season with some strong recent results.”

Fulham will have to go into the game without talisman Clint Dempsey, who was ruled out of the game through injury.
