QPR striker Djibril Cisse starts for Rangers against Manchester City.

The Frenchman, who has scored or been sent off in every appearance for the west Londoners, came off the bench to score the winner against Stoke las weekend.

Manchester City are unchanged after their 2-0 win over Newcastle but Mario Balotelli is on the bench.
