Joey Barton and Bobby Zamora set for recalls

Bobby Zamora and Joey Barton look set to return to the Rangers starting XI for their crunch clash with Swansea City at Loftus Road on Wednesday night.

The pair were not involved in the weekend defeat at Manchester City, but Zamora has now recovered from a virus, while Barton, who was one booking away from a two-match ban, is now clear of that worry and looks set to take the place of Shaun Derry, if the west Londoners appeal against his sending off at Old Trafford is not successful.

QPR squad: Kenny, Cerny, Murphy, Young, Gabbidon, Onuoha, Ferdinand, Taiwo, Hill, Derry, Diakite, Barton, Buzsaky, Taarabt, Smith, Mackie, Wright-Phillips, Hulse, Bothroyd, Zamora, Helguson, Campbell.
