Anton Ferdinand is enjoying QPR’s pre-season Asia tour

Anton Ferdinand says QPR’s pre-season trip to Asia has been an excellent bonding exercise for the squad.

QPR have added former West Ham stopper Rob Green, Man Utd duo Fabio da Silva and Ji-Sung Park, and ex-Fulham man Andy Johnson to their squad already this summer, and Ferdinand thinks they have settled in nicely.

“The team spirit is fantastic,” he told QPR’s official website.

“That’s what these trips are about, especially given the signings we’ve made.

“It’s important we all bond on and off the pitch. The new lads have settled in very, very well and very, very quickly.

“There’s a good feeling in this squad at the moment,” he added.
