QPR midfielder Junior Hoilett blasted his side’s performance against Southampton.

The R’s were beaten by three goals to one to extend the winless start to 12 games, piling the pressure on boss Mark Hughes.

“The first half just wasn’t good enough,” Hoilett said.

“We came out second to everything and that’s not acceptable.

“We got a rollocking from the manager at half-time. We came out strong in the second half, but we left ourselves with too much to do to get ourselves back into the game.

“We’ve just got to look to the next game now and push on from here.”
