QPR midfielder Junior Hoilett has admitted that his goal against Southampton means nothing to him.

The Canadian’s strike was merely a consolation as the Saints triumphed by three goals to one.

“The goal means nothing to me personally,” said Hoilett.

“It’s a team sport and when you’re going through a tough time like we are you can’t personally take anything from scoring in a defeat.”
