QPR manager Harry Redknapp will weigh up as to whether he will be increasing the back-room staff.

Kevin Bond and Joe Jordan both made the move to the west Londoners when the 65-year-old took the Rangers job.

“I brought Kevin and Joe with me,” Redknapp explained. “I’ll look at it as we go along and see what happens.”

There has been talk that Clive Allen and Les Ferdinand could join Redknapp at the Loftus Road outfit but there have been no discussions so far.

“They’re two great lads,” Redknapp said. “I kept Clive on and brought Les in with Tim Sherwood.

“Les is a great lad. He’s at Tottenham and it’s not something I’ve discussed with anyone.”
