Tottenham transfer news: Niko Kranjcar could lave Spurs

Tottenham midfielder Niko Kranjcar has admitted that the lure of big money in Ukraine and Russia could be too much for him to resist.

The Croatian has again only been a bit-part player for Spurs this season making just 22 appearances in all competitions.

Dynamo Kiev are said to be interested in his services and Kranjcar, who joined the north Londoners in 2009, admits his career with Tottenham could be over.

“In Russia and Ukraine playing football you can earn huge money,” he told Croatian website Index.

“Whether we admit it or not, money is important.

“Football in the east has progressed. The teams are always high up in the Champions League or are in the Europa League final. It’s not like it was 10 years ago.”
