Spurs transfer news: Nathan Byrne has been recalled from Bournemouth

Tottenham youngster Nathan Byrne has been recalled from his loan spell at Bournemouth.

The full back joined the Cherries on a season long loan in the summer and made 12 appearances for the south coast club before sustaining an ankle injury.

The 21-year-old had returned to training but Spurs wanted him to return to White Hart Lane and he played 90 minutes in Spurs reserves’ 7-3 win over Leyton Orient.
