West Ham new boy Matt Jarvis is in line for his home debut as Sam Allardyce’s men look to build on a promising start to the new Premier League season against Sunderland.

Jarvis has impressed since his club record £10.75million move from Wolves and Allardyce believes he will have a major part to play this season.

Allardyce said: “Matt is fit and has been training all week and the squad has really come together.

“My hope is that ([the new players] replicate what they have done at their previous clubs for West Ham United.”
