Vincenzo Iaquinta’s agent says a move to Fulham is a ‘concrete possibility’
Juventus’ Vincenzo Iaquinta could soon make a move to the Premier League to join Fulham, according to his representative.
Iaquinta, 32, has been told to find himself a new club having fallen out of favour at Juventus, and Fulham are rumoured to be in the market for a striker having lost Andy Johnson on a free transfer to QPR, and with Pavel Pogrebnyak choosing to join Reading after his loan spell at Craven Cottage last season.
“We are verifying a number of different options for Iaquinta in Italy, but especially in England,” Ianquinta’s representative Andrea D’Amico told Calcio Sport 24.
“Fulham? That is a concrete possibility.”
Iaquinta, a World Cup-winner with Italy in 2006, didn’t make a single appearance for Juventus last term, and spent the second half of the season on loan at Cesena. His contract expires next June.
