Transfer News: QPR are set to sign Andy Johnson
QPR are closing in on the signing of striker Andy Johnson.
Johnson is a free agent having departed Fulham, and Rs boss Mark Hughes is keen on his signature.
Johnson, who is also attracting interest from West Ham United, played under Hughes at Craven Cottage, and favours a move to Loftus Road.
A source close to Johnson told London24.com: “QPR tick all the boxes for Andy. He sees them as an ambitious club and he had a good working relationship with Mark Hughes at Fulham.”
