Charlton star Rhoys Wiggins is set to be out of action for two months after X-rays revealed that he suffered a double fracture to his foot.
The left back landed awkwardly during Friday night’s game with Crystal Palace after battling for the ball with Wilfried Zaha.
“Rhoys has suffered two fractured metatarsals on his right foot,” said physio Erol Umut. “We will monitor him in the ensuing days to decide whether he needs an operation.
“Based on the injury, I would estimate he could be out for around two months.”
