O’s boss desperate to improve home record
Orient boss Russell Slade wants his side to be harder to beat, especially at home, when they launch their League One campaign next season.
“We have got to be more resilient than what we have been,” admitted the O’s boss after his side finished the season seven points above the drop zone.
“There have been seven games this season where we have got ourselves in great positions to go on and win a football match and we have failed to do that and we can’t let that happen.
“There has to be that resilience there, a sort of determination that if the game is going to be tight, the first thing is we don’t lose it.”
