Stillwater report: Despite the windy conditions Tylers Common was fishing well with catches from all areas.

On Wagtail Lake, quality carp, bream and silvers were caught, while Ash and Willow Lakes performed consistently with plenty of carp on pellet, paste, luncheon meat and corn.

Horseshoe Lake has been producing good results, with a few 10lbs plus carp on most summer baits.

Steve Champion on peg 30 at Wagtail Lake had 23 carp to 13lbs 8ozs using cell boilies and Paul Davies had 13 carp to 12lbs.

Nine-year-old Jack Sullivan caught barbell of about 8ozs.

Match results: The Tuesday Open at Redbridge Lakes was won by Gordon Bullock with 27lbs, second went to S Thung with 20lbs 6ozs and third was S Barnett with 15lbs 8ozs.

G Eales took top honours in the Saturday Open at Redbridge Lakes with a haul of 24lbs 12ozs, with B Davies finishing runner-up on 21lbs 10ozs, just ahead of third placed J Davies on 21lbs 4ozs.

Second week

The Saturday open at Tylers Common on Horsehoe Lake was a 37-peg match and went to B Reynolds junior for a second week in succession with a haul of 144lbs 4ozs.

Second went to Steve James with 137lbs and third was Steve Coppen on 124lbs. M Brown occupied fourth place with 113lbs 4ozs, while fifth went to D Marder on 100lbs 12ozs.

Steve Crawley took top spot in the Sunday Open at Tedbridge with 17lbs 6ozs, ahead of S Barnett in second with 17lbs 2ozs, while J Hussein finished third on 16lbs 2ozs.
