Sidmouth’s lady golfers played a Four Ball Better Ball on Wednesday in order to qualify for the annual DCLGA Warren Crocus Salvers which were presented to the association in memory of Mrs Sheelah Creasy.

Players enter in two handicap divisions, Silver and Bronze and the winners of each division go forward to play in the County Four Ball Betterball Final at Dawlish Warren later in the year.

This year’s winners of the Bronze Division were Dee Bridgwater and Jean Rapersby-Ford who scored 29 Stableford points and Julie Lye and Penny Lyne – Silver Division - scored 31 Stableford points. We all wish them luck in the final.
