JUNIOR golf was thriving again at Mill Green for their monthly medal.

This year is the 10th anniversary for The Tiger Club, in which time the coaching team have introduced 100s of children into the game.

The environment at Mill Green is exceptional with everybody having fun whilst learning.

The Tiger Club has also produced Hertfordshire county players as well as England squad members.

A new member to the club, Edie Spencer, won Division 4 and head professional Ian Parker, said: “Edie has a great attitude and listens really well, this was a great round for her first time around the course.”

Hard working Nicholas Olding picked up Division 3 with consistent shots and a great routine.

Lucy Baker showed great rhythm and short game skills to win Division 2.

Toma Popov and Bandon Minichiello picked up Division 1 and the Premiership with great course management and putting skills.

To celebrate their birthday Mill Green Tiger Club are running free junior coaching on Saturday, July 7, between 3-5pm plus a free trial every Saturday at 9am.
