Ladies singles round four: Kirilenko beat Peng 6-1, 6-7 (6-8), 6-3
Maria Kirilenko reached the Wimbledon semi finals for the first time after beating Shuai Peng in three sets.
The Russian steamrollered her Chinese opponent in the first set – winning 6-1.
However, Peng triumphed 8-6 on a tie break in the second to set up a decider.
But the world number 19 rose above it to triumph 6-3 in the final set.
