QPR manager Mark Hughes has insisted that the signing of Manchester United’s Ji-Sung Park will not be the last signing the west Londoners made.

The South Korea international completed his move to Loftus Road today becoming the R’s sixth summer signing.

“We’re hopeful,” Hughes said. “There are still opportunities out there.

“We’ve done a lot of early work.

“We felt that it was important to get as many deals done as soon as possible.

“I’d like to be able to work with them for a significant period.

“We might have more players coming through.

“I’ll have to speak nicely to Tony [Fernandes] and Amit [Bhatia].

“I’d like to thank them. Talk is cheap but actions speak louder than that.”
