QPR manager Harry Redknapp has not ruled a move for Nicolas Anelka, although he is unsure what the situation is over the striker’s availability.
The Frenchman, who has plied his trade at Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City and Bolton, is currently at Chinese side Shanghai Shenua but could be looking for a return to England and the Premier League.
“He’s a good player,” Redknapp said. “Anelka is a top player.
“If he’s available I think he’d be of interest to people.
“As far as I know he’s gone to China. I don’t know what the situation is. I really don’t know what’s happening.”
