Transfer news: Billy Knott and George Moncur will remain at Kingsmeadow for another month

Sunderland youngster Billy Knott and West Ham’s George Moncur have extended his loan spell at AFC Wimbledon for another month.

The pair arrived in January and Knott has made 11 appearances for the Dons, scoring twice, while Moncur has played 10 times.

“They are both very talented boys who could play at a higher level,” Wimbledon manager Terry Brown said.

“What I like about them most is that they both have a willingness to learn. They also have a lot of enthusiasm and put so much hard work in.

“I am delighted to get them back as we have a lot of games coming up during the next month.”
