AFC Wimbledon will be without their midfield duo when they take on Accrington Stanley tomorrow with Sunderland loanee Billy Knott out through injury and Sammy Moore banned after picking up 10 bookings.

The 19-year-old picked up a knee injury after impressing for the Dons in recent weeks, scoring three times in 12 appearances.

“Billy has had a steroid injection in his knee after we liaised with Sunderland about it,” manager Terry Brown told the club’s official site. “It has flared up again and that will rule him out for Saturday.”

Should the Dons triumph at the Crown Ground then they will reach 50 points that Brown believes will ensure League Two survival.

Accrington Stanley are not in the best of form at home, with two wins, two draws, and two defeats in their last six and will be missing defender Danny Coid after scans revealed he damaged cruciate ligaments in Saturday’s defeat to Dagenham & Redbridge.
