Owen Coyle backed Andre Villas-Boas to be a success at Tottenham
Bolton manager Owen Coyle believes that Andre Villas-Boas will be a success at Tottenham.
Spurs confirmed that the 34-year-old was the club’s new head coach and the Trotters manager believes that Villas-Boas is driven and he didn’t have the luck at Chelsea.
“He is motivated and driven to work at the right club,” Coyle told Sky Sports.
“He’s an outstanding man and he knows his football inside out.
“Luck went against him at Chelsea but who’s to say he wouldn’t have achieved what the Blues did because he didn’t get the chance to do it.”
