Tottenham defender Bongani Khumalo is going to do all he can to remain at White Hart Lane and force his way into the first team, according to his agent Glyn Binkin.

The 25-year-old has had a difficult time since joining the club in January 2011, not making a first-team appearance so far and he has been loaned out to Preston and Reading.

“Bongani has made it clear on his side that he wants to remain in Europe and he hopes to get an opportunity at Tottenham Hotspur,” Binkin toldFootball411.

“He is still contracted to the club for another three years and he will go back to Tottenham for pre-season at the beginning of July.”
