Tottenham transfer news: Adam Smith says he could be sold by the club
Tottenham defender Adam Smith is desperate to break into the Spurs first team next season, but conceded he may leave the club.
The England under-21 international has yet to make his first team debut for Harry Redknapp’s side after loan spells at Wycombe, Torquay, Bournemouth, MK Dons and Leeds.
“I’ve still got another two years on my contract at Tottenham, but you never know what can happen in football,” Smith told Sky Sports.
“I might end up getting bought by another club or going out on loan again, but breaking into the first team is my aim at the moment, so I’ll be looking to make an impression once pre-season begins.”
